The problem

A growing home care business needed a website that reassures families instantly, but enquiries were landing in a personal Gmail account — unprofessional, easy to miss and impossible to hand over to staff.

What I built

• Service pages for elderly care, nursing support and special needs with a consultation booking path
• Warm, accessible design built around credibility rather than hard selling
• Google Workspace set up on the custom domain: verified ownership, MX records switched over, and SPF and DKIM configured so mail delivers reliably and never marks as spam
• Professional mailboxes like care@aspirationcares.com, with the website's contact form routed straight into the Workspace inbox

Outcome

The team now runs email from their own domain inside Gmail — every website enquiry lands in a real inbox they own, and new staff mailboxes can be added in minutes.
